Real estate media orders placed through our online booking platform are subject to the terms presented at checkout. Builder, commercial, and specialty projects are subject to a written proposal or agreement.

Flight operations

All flights are conducted at the discretion of the remote pilot in command and in accordance with applicable FAA regulations. Flights may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled because of weather, airspace restrictions, site conditions, or safety concerns.

Specialty services

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, imagery and data provided by Rockmore Aerials are not inspections, engineering reports, surveys, or certified diagnoses.

Intellectual property

Website content, including photography, video, text, and branding, is owned by Rockmore Aerials or used with permission and may not be copied without written consent. Usage rights for client media are described at delivery or in your agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rockmore Aerials is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
